Join us for a transformative guided progressive relaxation practice to deeply restore the body, mind, and spirit while offering a wonderful antidote to stress anxiety in this transitional time. You will be peacefully guided through gentle breathing techniques and guided visualizations before proceeding into deep relaxation. Practicing progressive relaxation on a regular basis can help us in leading our lives with greater ease, peace, and fulfillment. There's nothing more to do than to arrive, have enough space to lie down and get comfortable, and receive. No experience necessary.

Your Guide: A Temple of Witchcraft IV graduate, Dharma is a devotee of the the Craft of the Wise, an eternal student and teacher of the Holy Science of Yoga, studio owner, gracious householder, modern mystic mom, hot tea drinker, seeker of ancient wisdom, and hard to find when the moon is new.
